Application purchases are handled through the applicable App Store (Apples iTunes) and as such refunds are handled through those stores. PERSENTECH is not able to refund application purchases. All sales are final.
For iPhone applications:
- All purchases of the OttoMobile Pro application are subject to Apple’s App Store terms and conditions. Please refer to this link.
- Within these terms and conditions, please note that “All sales and rentals of products are final.”
- Also, “Prices for products offered via the Services may change at any time, and the Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. “
- If you are unhappy with the application, please submit a problem report directly to Apple. The App Store will process your request.
Steps to submit a problem report:
1. Launch iTunes
2. Click on “Store” in on the main display menu at the top of the iTunes window.
3. Click on “Purchase History”
4. Select the order associated with the purchase.
5. Click on “Report a problem”
6. Fill out any other forms that are requested and hit “Done”
